Grant to Human Engineering Research Lab (HERL) to develop and pilot test a model for increasing the mobility of people with disabilities in Mexico. HERL will offer expertise in wheelchair services, including technical quality and service provision models to ensure wheelchairs are provided appropriately to disabled individuals. This grant is part of the 4R Mobility pilot among partner institutions wheelchairs to design for longer term mobility. $42,662.
